Introducing the San Antonio Youth Brass Band!

The San Antonio Youth Brass Band (SAYBB) will hold its inauguaral Open Call Rehearsal on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 3:30 - 5:00 pm at St. Mary's University's Treadaway Recital Hall.

The San Antonio Brass Band is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of brass and percussion enthusiasts in the South Texas region and fostering an exceptional educational, creative and leadership building experience for each student. This experience is open to all brass and percussion students grades 7 - 12 and will culminate with a  performance on Sunday, February 15.

Schedule of activities:

Rehearsal: Sunday January 18 - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Rehearsal: Sunday January 25 - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Rehearsal: Sunday February 1 - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Rehearsal: Sunday February 8 - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Concert: Sunday February 15 - 3:30 - 5:00 pm
